Lovely photos! I love the ones of the cycling and you have beautiful children.
lol, I cycled a race in SA called the Jock...it took me 6hours to cycle 60km...but I made it. I was about 13 at the time. And I remember I got a medal for finishing...they had already taken the finish line down and it was dark when I crossed the line. But I made it even though I was the last person to do so.

Great photos of the kids. Could not believe it was the same daughter from the first formal pic to the hair down wild one. She looks 5 years older. I have an 8,7 and 6 year olds and would love to get them going in sports. Hope it is not too late.
