The great master Rembrandt van Rijn's painting the Nightwach (Nachtwacht) in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. (Click on it to expand it full-screen.) I have seen most of the collections of the major museums in the world, but this is truly one of the most amazing pieces of art that I have ever seen in person. I've posted it here as a tribute to my Dutch heritage.
